best way to clean live rock

is there a way to clean your rock? i do use i siphon on it yet there is a lot
of debrie on it

do you do that with fresh water or salt

do a water change on your tank and use the water you remove to scrub/rinse
the LR in.

divide the water into two separate containers and use one to scrub it off in
and the other to rinse well.
