Newbie question

I have read (mostly good) reviews on the internet for the Red Sea
Berlin series.This is one of the only protein skimmers I can get
locally.
What's the difference between the Berlin Classic and Berlin
Classic Turbo? Is is just a Berlin Classic with a pump or more
than that? Is the turbo model worth it?

How good is the Resun Ozone Reactor and what would a good redox
controller be to use with this.
