OK....

So in the Blue corner we have a 5gall tank...containing 1 Betta and a few
Platy fry. Planted. Added in to this tank are 3 otos.....

In the Red corner we have a 7 gall tank...containing 5 "very cool" Peacock
Gobies not too keen on finishing dinner (or even starting it unless it is
brine shrimp). Planted. Added in to this tank are 3 Panda Corys....

They have started out even - the tanks do not have a severe algae problem.
They both come in ammonia 0, nitrite 0 to 0.1 and nitrate around 10.

The prize is a home in one of the bigger tanks.......

The otos started well hoovering every plant in sight and starting on the
front of the tank almost as soon as out of the bag.....

The Corys almost immediately started vaccuuming the bottom...and rested on
the odd plant from time to time......

The competition has started.......any predictions as to who makes it to the
main algae ridden tank?

Well... Corys don't eat algae, but I bet they all end up in the main tank
anyways ;~).

But one thing on the Corys....they are very entertaining....I'm not allowed
a big tank in the main Living Room........that's where they are right
now....BTW I am talking which wins are the next I buy not necessarily moving
them....unless of course they are unhappy where they are...
