You too?!? As you might have noticed in another thread, I've been
complaining because I've had vertigo for almost a week and a half. Once
thing I also noticed was that my head felt "full" and my ears were popping
if I drove up and down a large hill. Took an antihistamine and voila! Whew,
what a relief. I thought I was going to have to go through all those stupid
tests I went through the last time I had vertigo :)
BTW, hope you're feeling better :)

I recall playing the piano best while stoned. Once I played "Funeral for a
Friend" during a thunder storm when I was living with my parents (who
happened to be out at the time). It was cool! The power went out at just
the right moment :)

Friday night was Aikido training. We did Gokyo and Rokkyo - defence
against knife attacks. Gokyo you crush their hand and shatter their
elbow. Rokkyo you break their arm in two places, and shatter the
shoulder joint. Fun stuff!
