IPSF sells them (http://www.ipsf.com/strombusfaqs.html)
and they are suppose to multiply in the aquarium...

People say they are "loaded with them" - if I recall
experience from a fresh water tanks, certain snails
species were considered pests because they breed
too heavily and overpopulated tank causing plague...
Is the situation with Strombus Grazers similar or
these snails never cause any problems in the reef tanks?

Anybody here has them? What are your opinion about them?

Since they are algea eaters it is pretty hard to get them overpopulated,
they will be food limited, besides that you can traid them off pretty
easily. actually I am looking for some again.
