I have had a percula in my smaller tank (20 gal) for about 5 months now,
he eats like a pig and is very active. However he looks a bit
thin.....is there a disease that would cause this? No color changes and
other fish in tank look normal.

Fish only and feed once a day. A friend suggested I slip garlic into
some brine shrimp............this being that if it's a parasite it
will get rid of it, and it's basically harmless.
