I recently started a new tank 75 gal. 50 lbs of LR 4 " base of sand
mixed with Live sand. The water is cloudy, I'm told this is normal. When I
move th rocks to set them up, I get more clouds, so Im not touchng it until
its clear, and then only 1 or 2 pieces at a time.

I have dust on the glass along with what looks like something growing on the
glass. It looks like it a brown color algea. Is this normal? And should I
get rid of it. If so, how should I get rid of it.

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance

That is probably a diatom bloom, which is normal in the cycling of a new tank.
The diatoms will grow and die, and this will be food for your microfauna
(bacteria) that you need in your DSB to process waste.

You can use a cleaning magnet daily, to keep your glass clean.
