Faulty analogy.
The babblical monster called "jehoover" is supposed to be, among other
traits, omnipotent and loving. Hence, _any_ amount of evil disproves the
possible existence of _this_ deity.

These we can perceive. We can verify their existence by other means than
sight. There's _no_ hint at the existence of the judeo-christian idol.

Appeal to authority.

False dichotomy.
Non-atheist != christian.

Bottom line: A collection of meaningless, long-refuted drivel. As usual,
nothing new from the followers of the christian death cult... because
everything they can possibly come up with has already been used AND
refuted.

And everytime they try again, they add another defeat to the list. Go
fundies - with every attempt you lose more victims to reason. ;)

That one is especially misleading. Many scientists list themselves
under pantheism. Pantheism is closer to atheism then it is to deism,
in my opinion at least. I'm not an expert on religions or anything...

Never caused me any problems.

Most suffering is caused by man. The few per cent that is not definitely
caused by the selfish actions of men, may be.

Now you get closer. There is evidence for air, sound and the rest. The
evidence for God is equivocal.

Mahatma Gandhi said, from memory, "the world has enough food for
everyone's need, but not everyone's greed." He was wrong: the world has
enough food for everyone's greed.

I try hard not to surrender my limited powers of critical thought, to
anyone, no matter how superior to me they may be.

Alan Turing, held by most to be the founder of the science modern
computing, killed himself. Are you going to stop using your computer,
follow Alan Turing, or accept the conclusions of one's superiors are not
sufficient?
