purple tang

I have a pacific anenome that is about 4 months old. There is a clownfish
that is getting sad b/c the last 2-3 weeks the anenome had taken a turn for
the worse. This past week, it has pretty much refused to eat. I've been
feeding him raw shrimp from Bi-Lo previously. My water parameters are
listed below, please comment if you have any ideas? Thanks!
Salinity: 1.0245
Nitrates: 10 ppm
Calcium: 440
Alk: 10dKH / 3.77 in meq/L
Mg: 1190 (a bit low? would that explain?)
Sr: 10
Iodide: 0.06
Iodate: 0 (problem?)
Phosphate: 0.25 (previous test was 0.1 about 10 days ago- thought this may
explain it but not sure)
Tank Descriptions: 75 Gallon, ~100 lbs LR, 20 Gallon sump (about 12+ gallons
in most of the time), Refugium, protein skimmer.
Tankmates: purple tang, lavender tang, tank raised ocellaris clown,
mandarinfish, blue damsel, clown goby, coral banded shrimp, cleaner shrimp,
arrow crab, 2 emerald crabs, salley crab, ~20 blue legs, 1 scarlet hermit,
~25 turbo snails.
also 1 gorgonian coral, 1 atlantic anenome, 2 feather dusters.
Tank was converted to reef back in January, added DSB, removed bioballs,
added refugium and more LR. Was previously FO w/ LR for about 3-4 years.

you left out a few important things when it comes to anemone's, what type
lighting? and water flow?
anemone's dont tolorate less the perfect water quality. have you bothered
to do any water changes? how much and how often if you do?

How much do you feed at a time? I take one shrimp from the deli, and cut it
into 5 or 6 equal sized pieces. Each chunk is the meal for a few days.

The lighting consists of 480 watts VHO (half white / half blue).
Water changes: about 20% every month
aneome is fed: 1/2 shrimp every couple of days
water flow: 3 powerheads (will have to recheck flow rate of them)
aneome moved to a high flow area

If you can buy live shrimp from a bait store, my understanding is that
seafood from a grocery store is full of formaldehyde, my wife suggest change
the tank around to get different circulation, we had an anenemone go down
hill real fast once and found a stone crab at it's base which poked a hole
in it which my wife would stick her finger in the hole and feed it brine
shrimp with a turkey baster for 3 months until the hole healed.
who knows,
