so i got a 20 lb bag of dry sand that was once live sand. since its dried
out, can i just wash it in salt water a few times, and add it to my tank?

Yes, but don't expect it to magically become live sand again. It's been dead for
a while.

i dont, i just wanna add a little more sand to my sandbed, thats all. i got
60lbs of live sand in a 55g, so im set :)
