Not all companies do this, but Coralife sure does. Like most products,
if anything is wrong you have to go to the manufacture for any kind of
guarantee or service. I bought a fixture for over $500 from the local
shop and they bought it from one of several places. The obvious thing
for me to do is google Coralife. Impossible. They're not listed. Only
the stores that carry their products. So I'm stuck with an expensive
moonlight feature that doesn't work. If any of you know their top
secret url or phone number, do them a disservice and let me know.

I received a prompt reply from ESU, requesting a receipt and giving me
instructions for removal of the less than two months old lunar lights,
which they will replace.
