I need some help identifying a fish.. I've Inherited a fish tank, and
I've been looking after it for a couple of months now. I've
identified all of the fish except one.. we only ever see his head so
it's been a bit difficult to work out what he is.

anyway the other weekend we moved the tank and he decided to stay out
for a bit so I took some pictures of him...

can anyone suggest what he is?

Sure look like an Eel to me. How small is it? Have you observed it eat?

It is a Barred Moray Ell _Echidna polyzona_ and with a nice black and white color pattern,
not always seen, as some are rather drab in color
