My little sick betta need help ...

.... guys ... my red betta, in the last 2-3 days developed a white
circle around one of his eyes. I think it's also loosing appetite. I'm
a little worried... any idea of what is going on and what I could do to
help her ?

What is the water params? Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate and PH?
