What sieve size can I use to filter out rotifers larvae and
recycle water fertilized by rotifers to feed fitoplankton?
In other words - what is the minimal size of rotifer in
any life form it takes in his lifecycle?

first 53 microns is the smallest alive rotifer !
but if you put water from your rotifers into your phyto after using a 53 micron sieve the
phyto will crash
you want to use 2 filters 1 to yank out the rotifers 53 microns what doesnt go thru this
goes back into your rotifer culture,, a second to pull out cilliates <10 micron whatever
doesnt go thru this should go into your reef tank directly itll have food in it.
then you will still need to add fertalizer but none of the nitrate

ok, and what about its eggs floating in the water column?

That is what is happening now :-)

I got it. Thanks. I was using 23um as a second filter, but I see it is not enough.
Do you maybe know any good place I can buy nylon sieves <10um cut to size of bulk?

ok - thank you.

first off larger than 53 microns, second if you have free floating eggs your culture is
going to crash :(
what comes out of the eggs of healthy rotifers is larger than 53 microns.
nothing you want in a rotifer culture goes thru a 53 micron screen (except there food,
which you should be removing every now and then)
