View Full Version : Trouble with Cquarium Online retailer
I have purchased multiple corals from Cquarium in the past 5 years and
have received good service. Recently however, I purchased 6 corals. I
only got four items in the shipment, and when I sent multiple emails
questioning when I could get a refund for the paypal payment, I have
gotten no response for two weeks. Additionally, another order which was
once again paid for via paypal, has never shown up, have not gotten any
communication. I have also called and gotten the answering machine. Is
there something going on that I do not know about. I am getting rather
upset that I Cquarium has about $500 and I have nothing in return, and
is not returning my emails or phone calls. I checked my paypal account
and the payments were indeed paid. Anyone else puchase from Cquarium
recently and had problems?

Contact Paypal immediately and give them all the facts you can.

I just had a bad experience with an online dealer as well. www.sal****erwonders.com did not do the same to me but the LR that i purchased from them was not what i had ordered. i did post a new thread (Bad Online LR purchase...from sal****er wonders.com) for other readers so they hopefully dont order from them and are disappointed the way i was.
Sorry to hear about your poor service as well....i can say that i do know how it feels. i guess we're gonna have to order from somewhere else next time. thanks for the heads-up on cquarium!!!
