New disclaimers would just get written into the filter. Look at one of
your user. Her accounts thru trasher can be identified and traced, and
then filtered due to abuse and spam.

post child porn to various groups because she is an ahteists and she
believes that this will chase away any christians in rec.ponds

Besides in post 911 paranoid america nothing is private nor
confidential. Here and abroad. Paranoia should be a good example.
If you want to post something but dont want to be caught. Then don't
post it.

You are thinking in the original purpose of anon-remailers, not usage.
Many use remailer to avoid killfiles. The problem is, that since
remailers are abused as well, they are now filtered out by many ISP.

Take the case of Carol Witkowski of dogptch tn. She abuse her ISP which
was HOTN or heartoft.net By nym-shifting to avoid kill files and
filters. When she comitted a felony, because she was traced to the ISP,
her ISP canned her account. Now she uses anonymous remailers to
continue to comit crime using free newsservers as well. The decent NSP
admins canned her free accounts, spam servers like shared secrets let
her continue. Her anonymous accounts have been traced, and she craping
in her adult diapers now, and that why you will read from her on these
groups about tracability, and when you guys give her the wrong reply,
she feels secure and continue with her life of Internet crime.

At one time remailers may have served it purpose, but not anymore.

Very much possible. Tracing a person using a remailer has very little
to do with
software. Software is just a tool. The rest has to do with the grey
material between your ears, if you have any.

Now then you said you can't be traced. Let do a test, go to a site, and
grab some child pornography. And use your remailer and post them here
and a few law enforcement news groups, or better yet a few edu groups.

Child porn too much? Advertise your remailer as a good tool for
Al-queda and other terrorist group to use and declare it untraceable.

In a few days Trasher will go the route of Paranoia, and others.
