Eheim 2128 and 140 gallon tank

I have an eheim pro II (2128) cannister filter in my 140 gal. tank. I
was wondering if it was enough to heat the tank or if I need to
purchase an additional heater. Right now I am cycling the tank and do
not want to use it with the goldfish.

I appreciate any advice given.

According to google/drfosters, the 2128 comes with a 210w heater. Do the
math, or plug it into a calculator
http://www.kernsanalysis.com/HeaterCalculator.cgi . It will probably
depend on the difference in temperature which you want to keep between
the air and the water. hth
