goldie with black spot?

hi guys,long time no see i know sorry about that i was busy with setting up a new sal****er tank, im still working on it,will inform you all on the day the first clownfish sets fin in there...

anyway but meanwhile,..im baby sitting my cousins goldfish whiles shes away,and im a little worried aboutone of the 2,it has a black spot,semi large for its size...its on its forehead...should i worry? should i treat it? thank you all for being here when i need help...

The black spot could be just a colour change, or it could be the healing of
an ammonia burn. Do you have ammonia test kit? If so you could try testing
that. Otherwise try a 25% or so water change with a dechlorinator
