Anyone know if my queen Conch is eating my snails? It seems to always be
sucking on a snail shell, but can't tell if it's just cleaning up the
empties or not.

A Queen Conch will not eat a live snail.

Your conch is probably a predatory whelk and is in fact eating the snails.
Queens and fightings are afaik algae eaters and wouldn't be "cleaning up" the
remains of a snail in a snail shell.
