When should I do my first water change? I've been watching my nitrates and
they have yet to accumulate over 10ppm. My trace minerals have been
replenished through the increase of my salinity. I started the tank at the
mfg reccomendation of 1.023 but after hanging out here I read I should be
at 1.025 and it took quite a bit of salt mix to get it there (over time of
course)
The point is, the trace minerals were "reinforced" within the last two
weeks.
How long can/should I wait to do my first water change?

You can do a 25% water change monthly, if you'd like a scheduled event.
