Hi All I have a 55gal setup that has mainly been just TBS Liverock, Live
sand and the cleanup crew. It has been growing tons of stuff. I am running
1 - 256gph ph, 1- 156gph ph, 1 - 55 to 160gph sweep ph, and finally a 160gph
HOT Millenium 2000 Biofilter. Well I went and added a Condylactus anemone,
Maroon Clown, and 2 chromis. The poor fish cant swim as current is 2 high.
I am currently setting up my 500gph Mag and a Sump. Should I run any of the
other Powerheads??

How much flow is sufficient??

Give your fish time to adapt. I think you'll find that you'll rarely be able to
create so much flow that fish can't handle it, to be honest.
