Sine the UN has "proven" it's effectiveness and legitimacy I am not to
concerned if this is not a rumor. What are they gonna do about it, complain
and pass a resolution?

This action was done by CITES for non compliance by Fiji.

In December Queen Conch will also be CITES listed, which means no more conch
fritters!

CITES is "Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species" and
already impacts what corals are allowed in U.S. (and big fines for
distributors caught with anything else in a box of imported coral!) Info
