I have been a patron of Bobs Tropical Fish for about a 1.5 years now, I was
just wondering if there were other marine fish stores in the area. I know
all the other pet stores sell fresh water and a limited supply of marine
products. Just looking for something different.

The aquarium in Aiken, SC has some sal****er stuff. He has big plans for
more, but I haven't seen if he has added to his sal****er area and gotten
rid of his rodents.

There is a shop on Pech Orchard Rd, south of Bobby Jones, that has some
sw stuff. I have not been in awhile, so I do not know what they have or
if they are still around. The previous owners were pretty good. I did
buy from the new owner once, in February ( I think ). Just some fish,
she didn't have any corals at that time. The fish did fine. I usually
getmost stuff from Bob's or mailorder if he does not have it.

Glad to hear there are others in Augusta!!

I've seen Bobs TF sell out in less than 3 days after recieving a new
shipment of new live stock. so I know there are a lot of others out there,
I'm actually suprised that there are no marine/reef clubs or groups in the
area.

That is true!! The closest one I know of is in Columbia. It would be
fun to have a club here. I have thought about going to the one in
Columbia when they meet, but never have... too busy I guess!!

CMAC in columbia is a great club. We have meetings every month (or so).
Check out CMACs website or forum on reefcentral.
