New Sump

I installed a new sump two weeks ago. It restes in a custom box made by
US Plastics. I feel very slight moisture around the back corner where
the return line goes in but can not say it is actually leaking.

The tank is in a large room, I run 1 150w and 2 250w bulbs about 10 and
8 hours. The evaporation rate is roughly 1 galon per day out of 140 + 30
gallon sump. The tank does is open to a hanging Aqualine Hanging light.
Tank temp is normally 77-78F and room is 60-70F normally.

Is one gallon/day a reasonable evaporation rate?
