I use one to push and one to pull air across my 250MH units although
this is not recommended by Ushio. They contend that it may cause
premature failure of spectrum. They say if you see blackening around
the ends before six or eight months, you have overcooled the lamp.

I am skeptical since these lamps are so hot in the first place.

P.S. Have been real busy and have not fired up my website again but I
hope to soon. Boomer, Jamin, anybody still out there?

using a push and pull fan as you describe doesnt help move air, your only
moving the amount of air one fan can push or pull. your just making it
easier for the fan to do it.

two pushing or pulling give twice the amount of air in/out of the canopy.

i.e. 2 identical 300 cfm fans in push pull only move 300 cfm.....while the
same two fans in the same direction move 600 cfm
