I have a Sevrum that I just treated for fin rot. The fins have completely
healed, however it has a gray lines covering its slime coat. I have tried
to look up this symptom but can't find it anywhere. If anybody knows what
this is and what is the treatment I would appreciate the advice. I have
been treating with Aquarium Pharmaceuticals MelaFix and PrimaFix.
Thank You,

It sounds like body fungus. It doesn't hurt to buy Maracyn by the 100 tab
bottle. Tailrot and body fungus seem to go together. I haven't had too much
success with the Fix-brothers in the treatment arena. I used to use them as
a preventative measure, but it didn't seem to do much good.
