Has anyone used one of these Hagen tank tools?

I have one. Nor only useful in the tank put good for retrieving stray
items behind the computer etc. Bougjt mine at Big Als.

Handy tool. The cutting attachment could be stronger, (and so could the
grippers) and occasionally the selected attachment comes loose and sinks
to the bottom, and I'm always losing the other attachment, but those are
small complaints. Very handy tool, especially for picking things up when
you don't want to get wet (or your tank is 30" deep!).
