It's very gross at the least....I heard this story yesterday along with
all the jokes about it being a great diet aid for humans - lol. Very
much out of Monsters Inc if you've seen the film when they are in the
restaurant and the monster tries to eat the food and the mouth comes
out....if it was April 1st I would be very suspicious of stories of this
kind...who knows but quite likely a parasite could evolve this way...in
fact it would be a very clever evolution...

The bug looks awfully similar to the creature in Star Trek II that is
inserted into the ears of humans.

I doubt this story.
