CSI Aquarium

I need your help. I have a freshwater aquarium with the following fish:

2 Platies
1 Betta
3 emerald cory cats
4 bleeding heart tetras
1 red-tail Black Shark
2 pristella tetras
1 otocinclus catfish
2 long finned serpae tetras
6 cardinal tetras
3 ghost shrimp

I the past two weeks 3 cardinal tetras and 2 ghost shrimp have disappeared?
Any ideas, whose turning my tank into and all you can eat buffet?

How big is your red-tailed black shark? That's the only thing that
really jumps out at me as a possible predator. Are you sure they're
being eaten whilst alive?

Small fish can ofen die and then get scavenged in a very short period
of time, or even get sucked against a filter.
