Clown Loaches

[Justice]

I have 2 clown loaches, 3 glowlight tetra, 1 zebra diano in a 10 gal
tank will be building a 50 gal soon. Any way I just go ove a ICH
problem, but today after I turned the lights on I noticed the one loach
was attacking the other. anytime he entered their cave one would chase
and start bitting the other. Is this them deciding whos boss or is it
going to be a problem?

Sounds like the "Who's alpha loach today" game

Maybe once you move them to your bigger tank you could add some more so they
could spread the squabbles out a bit ?

I've seen mine do it occasionally, but they've never damaged each other.

I've now got five in my tank and they are going through the alpha fish
bit....CL's I've had in the past have done it as well. They tend to go
grey and push eachother about and then a few minutes later are swimming
around together as if nothing had happened.

I added two to my existing three last Friday that were a little bit
larger than the others. The biggest of these is also taking nips at
passing fish and doesn't seem to take any nonsense from the larger alpha
fish in the tank - but no damage is getting done (fingers crossed)

Things should settle down once the heirarchy is established although FME
you will see this happening from time to time as the beta fish tries his
luck
