I have clown loach which is in a very condition

It has swamm into the filter three times and it forms is very mishaped and it looks very thin.

It show the classic signs of a loach resting, but it looks very disstressed

Any hints?

My first suggestion would be to move it out of your marine tank and into
a sal****er tank.....

This newsgroup is for marine aquaria....

Without knowing anything about loach resting, the first suggestion I
would have for you is to put a foam sleve on your filter so it could not
get into the filter since that can be very dangerous for a fish..

put the loach in a quarantine tank, and be sure to put some kind of foam
around the intake of the filter on that quarantine tank. dose metaflix as
directed, water changes once a week. give the fish a few months to recover
and all should be well. i agree though, this is a marine fish group, not a
freshwater group.

however, i used to be into cichlids big time, so i know both worlds :D
