Last night i read that brine shrimp stop laying eggs and are livebarers
over 70f. So my question is would it be hard to culture them in a 5 gal
tank keept at about 75f, also what kinds off food do they take? is it
cheaper to culture or buy frozen($6can)? and how long does it take for
egg-adult?
TIA

There are many websites covering brine shrimp. They are easy to raise but
to raise them in sufficient quantity takes some space and time. Buying them
frozen you're paying for a lot of water.
I fed them brewers yeast and finely ground fry powders. They do well
outdoors in the summer. The greener the water the faster they grow. A slow
sponge filter should work.
