Identification help

[CJK]

I have had an explosion of growth in my CPR skimmer of all places. They are
little white "blobs" or egg shaped things for lack of a better description,
with a crown on top , they are the weirdest things I have seen, they look
like an oval with a fuzzy little crown on top, any ideas??
