I connected my no spill hoses directly to my kitchen sink water tap
and refilled my tanks today during my 2 week maintenance. Will these
no spill hoses withstand the tap water pressure (kitchen sink)? Or
will it rupture? It does get quite plump, but I would like to use it
in a 20-25 minute session under full kitchen sink tap water pressure
most of the time (moving the cone from tank to tank with the ball
valve keeping the water from coming out so I don't mess up my floor),
or is it too risky (I can't stand spills and this house has seen many
making it weaker, especially the floors and possibly the structure,
spills are out of the question here). Anyone with experience with
this? Thanks all - good luck and later!

I wouldn't trust it. It's not made for high pressure.

I use a no spill all the time in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The
hose can take the pressure, but the faucets cannot always take the back
pressure and can flood your cabinet!

If you're worried, just don;t use as much pressure at the faucet. I've
triend a few different methods and the no spill is by far the best for
me. Some use a standard garden hose and I've tried a flat winding
garden hose, but it gets clogged easily during draining.
