Check www.koivet.com. This may well be a bacterial infection.

One of the larger GF has bloody streaks along his Dorsal fin where it meets
the body. It also has one bloody scale on it's side. My first thought was
Nitrates, but they tested at 10 PPM. Nitrites and Ammonia are zero Yesterday
was water change day.

Any thoughts on what this might be? I'm treating with a broad spectrum
antibiotic for now.
