Our tapwater test was pretty much a success.
I did find one flaw in my design but it is easily remedied and best that I
do it now instead of later.

Details and photos at http://www.cearbhaill.com/tapwater_test.htm
If anyone sees anything in any of my photos that I have done incorrectly
please tell me now!!

Congrats Toni, it looks good.

Siliconing acrylic to glass it tough. You have to actually silicone a thick
bead on each side of the baffle, to act more like a wedge than a seal. After it
cures for 48 hours, it should hold.

If you plan to get glass, don't buy windowpane glass as it is too brittle imho.
A glass shop will cut you something thicker, and can polish the edges so you
can't get cut when you reach in the sump - which you will.
