Can you teach an old clownfish new tricks? I just purchased a green bubble
anemone. What are the chances that the anemone and my long-time resident
percula clown will make a connection? Is there anything that I can do to
encourage the relationship?

Thanks!

I would just give it some time to get used to the anemone,
and see if it eventualy starts showing interest. If it
does not, you can try moving the anemone over to the
clowns place.

I took about two weeks for my maroons to find new bubble tip.
Give them the time.

Thank you.
It is really sad when the animal you nurtured for more than 2 years
and observed its growth from less than 2-3" in diameter into a 1 foot
sized "monster" is now dying and you cannot do anything to help :-(
