Yea I made that mistake a few times so what I did was to
set up my software to do a Bcc:
################################################## >,
################################################## >,
################################################## >,

No erasing needed, just respond and go.

I wish that my e-mail software would allow different
themes for different windows ie one theme for compose
mail, and one theme for compose newsgroup.

But this does a good job of preventing me from acidently
posting personal e-mail to the newsgroup.
