Would anyone care to give an opinion on my sick tetra with a swollen body

she seems to ok eating well but perhaps due to her shape is bobbing whilst
swimming actively

I'm betting you are experiencing a parasite condition in your fish. You
might want to hospitalize her and apply some anti-parasite medication in the
hospital tank. Even better - get some jungle anti-parasite medicated fish
food and you won't even have to move her from her home tank! Or she could be
gravid/eggbound. Good luck and later!

I would have guessed a Pristella tetra, and it doesn't look very healthy.
The exact diagnosis is probably not overly important, as these small fish
don't suffer medications very well, and internal contagions are difficult
to treat. Quarantine and try medicated foods. jmo
