Feeding anemone

I have a rock ( flower ) anemone that is white with green tips. I have been
feeding it once a week with a mixed frozen fish food - it has some clams in
it. I've had it a couple of months and it appears healthy - closes down on
the food immediately.. Is this frequent enough? I've heard they don't
require a lot of food.

Yea that's frequent enough. You could increas the
frequency a little more if you feal that it is not getting
enough energy. Good lighting is the main thing.
