white dots on fish

Hello everyone,
I noticed my cole tang (small) had little white dots on her face and
some on her body I never noticed before. She had also started being a
little aggressive with a lawnmower goby I have too. This morning she
didn't come out for breakfast......I'm worried. Any ideas of the dots?
