Slime?

Hello again,

I noticed my last post was removed. I have this dark green/black algae or
bacteria all over my live rock. 110 gallon w sump. It keeps growing and
growing. Any advice? Strictly water changes or would something munch on
this? My NO/NH3/acid etc levels are all fine and cycling..........I'm just
getting overrun by this black slime stuff. I've been removing the rock and
scrubbing it manually. That only lasts a couple of weeks. I've also turned
my lights (flourescent halide) down to 6 hours duration, hoping that will
make a difference.
