Do you remember a while back I posted a link to a page

I made of my liverock stuff asking if anyone here could identify it?
Well I just went into my website stats and that page was viewed 110
times! I know I took a look at it twice and I sent a link to my brother
and best friend but there are no links from elsewhere on my site to that
page. The only other place that link could be found is here.

Would you have thought that many people visited this newsgroup? Amazing.

No, I'm not trying to draw people to my website - it is mostly about
goats not fish ;)

So your into goats huh? Cool, We have a herd of 20 Nubian does, and 18
Bohrs as well......We can sell every drop of milk we can get all the
time, and any young buck kids once they hit about 30 pound sell like
hotcakes.....This year however we plan on eliminating the Nubian herd,
and reducing the Bohr herd down to about 10 or so...

I like goats--I used to have pygmies, then a small (very small) herd of
Angoras.

Did you get your marine critters identified? I don't know what any of them
are, but they're pretty cool. :)

Hi Cindy and no I didn't get difinitive ID but at least I now know what
is coral and what is sponge and what is algae (I think). I did a lot
more searching but it's all so graphic intensive and I get bored waiting
for pages to load on dialup. And then I think something looks like that
but it also looks like that on the next page too :)

I will be going to the big smoke on the weekend so will go searching out
some books and my brother suggested trying the Great Barrier Reef marine
service I think he called it as that is where the rock came from.

I need to take more video of that tiny shrimp thing as it's too small to
see properly with the naked eye but the video brought it up big enough
that you could make out it was a critter and not just some cobwebs.

The green and white periscope looking thing hasn't grown any more but
now is more white than green. It's all just too fascinating for words
really.

Hahahaha!
I started the marine tank because I sold my goats last May
(heartbreaking decision). I still have the goat website but add a lot of
other junk on there too now. If I can become half as knowledgable about
sal****er fish tank keeping as I was about goats I will be happy.

No goats in the aquarium! It would put your Nitrates and Phosphates
through the roof and goats hate getting wet :))

OT - Oohps.
Be warned everyone I'm going to give Roy the link to the goat part of my
website in case he's interested and it might even be of use.

I sold my goats last May but tried to get everything I learned in the 12
years of having them (as my sole means of income) onto paper so to speak
before I forgot it all. I had a dairy and no life, now I have a life, a
big fishtank and no dairy or money :)

I really find it a bit hard to think about the goats still as I feel I
abandoned them (you'll know what I mean probably) so here's the link
instead...

It's dying out. Don't worry about trying to keep it alive.
You could ad more nutrients to the tank to keep it
growing, but you want a nutrient poor environment for your
reef tank.
