I have one of the Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Tap Water Purifiers and
also have a 35 gpd RO unit. I am planning to simply connect the output
of the RO unit to the TWP and then from there on to the holding tank.
Any reason that won't work?

Thanks,
Mark

Do not see any reason, unless...
Do you have pressurized holding tank?
Tap water filter does not hold the high pressure.
It is designed to work with open ended, free flowing output.

Hello,
I have this setup for safety reasons.
I bought RO/DI after TWP and had an extra cartridge, so i decided to
put it to use. I have this on auto topoff with electronic float switch,
thus the system is low pressure affter RO. I tried it with float walve
and it blew the top of the cartridge off...
So far, after a year of use, cartridge is stil "fully charged". I'd
imagine good RO would clean the water pretty good, so I left the
cartridge there just in case RO membrane goes bad...
