A scientist a built a large Algae 'reactor' for reducing C02 gases from
power plants. The large (at least 2') acrylic tubes were in the shape of a
triangle, with the hypotenuse facing the sun. He said they could reduce C02
emissions by 40% and use any excess Algae to produce bio-diesel.

Bio diesel rules! Made out of lye, alcohol, and vegetable oil. Biodegradable
too. It should take over usa transportation for a good, unpolluted
environment in my opinion. But the prices should go down (local bio-diesel
prices have inflated to maximize profit over gasoline unfortunately) first.
Good luck, and that was good news, later!
