deep blue reef?

Hi,

This is probably a silly question, but is it possible to create a reef
tank that has that "deep blue ocean" look to it?

What type of lighting would be used, all actinic-03's?

And what type of animals could be kept in such a tank?

Would such a setup be limited to temperate species?

You would need true blue actinics to get that look(I know, my wife likes it
too:)). But if those are the only lights you'll have, then you'd be looking
for more deepwater animals.
