That's funny, but those that do it for a living would probably scoff at my
work. I really would love to go to Washington and visit James for 2 weeks for a
real crash course in real acrylic fabrication techniques.

Marc,

How do you glue the corners of the box?
Do you have some sort of jig to make everything square?

It isn't 100% square, but it is in the close enough range. I may have the
angles at 89.75 degrees. :D

When I assemble, I use the edges as a guideline to make sure everything is
consistent so it is glued on straight. The corners are glued and using a speed
square, you can set the end walls at 90 degrees easily enough.
