Worms????????

I looked at my substrate through the glass aquarium wall today and saw
little worms digging a tunnel through my substrate. They are really
really small and white. WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY?!? Is this good or bad?

Regarding about Bristle worm -

Major of the people consider Bristle worm to be good / safe.

If that is not the worm in question, can you be a bit specific other than it
being a worm.
