View Full Version : Circulating in LR?

Hi;
I'm finally getting my 80g to the starting point and ready to begin
plumbing. What are the thoughts of taking 1/4 of the output of a Mag 7 and
running it under/into the LR to ensure circulation within? I was thinking
of either a few 1/4" stubs just above the LS surface (hidden in the rock) or
just a pipe on the LS surface with holes drilled in it.

Thanks in advance for all the patience and knowledge you share with us
beginners.

Both ideas are good Dan. Just go with what you prefer.

I like to make things cleanable, so you might consider just pressing the spray
bar into place, rather than gluing it. That way you can pull it out
occasionally for cleanings.
