I'm going to make this one short. I screwed up my 4yr old 5stage 100gpd unit by being stupid.
I called them and told the girl on the phone that I need to order a new end cap for the ro
membrane container because I had taken it apart.
her response was "Oh no, you cant take that apart, hold on" she came back and said a
new one would be shipped to me monday NO CHARGE..
When I set up the new tank I ordered all new filters for around $35
I do have to say that over the years that this is the only company that I have been 100%
satisfied with.
